USER NUMBER
Before you can order your first Service Vouchers, you must register with Pluxee to obtain a user number. This number is essential for making your payments and tracking your orders.

After your registration, you will receive your user number, which you will use for each order and as a structured communication for your payments.

Service Vouchers are available in paper or electronic form. We strongly recommend the electronic version for its simplicity and speed.

SERVICE VOUCHERS
Once your Service Vouchers are credited to your Pluxee account, you can use them to pay your cleaning assistant easily.
1. Electronic Service Vouchers: After each service, log in via the app or your online account to validate it.
2. Paper Service Vouchers: You sign and give a paper check per hour to your cleaning assistant after each service.
