Titres-Services is a secure, low-cost method of payment for the legal remuneration of household help in the home. In Belgium, they are managed by Pluxee (formerly Sodexo), the sole authorized issuer for the three regions of Flanders, Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region.

GET YOUR
USER NUMBER
Before you can order your first Service Cheques, you must register with Pluxee to obtain a user number. This number is essential for making payments and tracking your orders.
Register according to your region:
Brussels: www.titresservices.brussels
Wallonia: titresservices.wallonie.be
Flanders: www.dienstencheques-vlaanderen.be
Once you have registered, you will receive your user number, which you will use for every order and as a structured communication when making payments.

ORDER YOUR
SERVICE CHEQUES
Once you have your user number, you can order your Service Cheques by making a bank transfer to Pluxee.

Service Cheques are available in paper and electronic versions. We strongly recommend the electronic version for its simplicity and speed.

USE YOUR
SERVICE CHEQUES
Once your Service Cheques have been credited to your Pluxee account, you can easily use them to pay your household help.
1. Electronic Service Cheques: After the service has been rendered, you will receive a validation request via the application or your online space.
2. Paper Service Cheques: You sign and give a paper cheque per hour to your household help after each service.
