We offer home care services such as cleaning, ironing, household shopping, and assistance for people with reduced mobility. Our services are provided by trained and supervised domestic helpers, ensuring quality service.

How do I register to benefit from your services?
To benefit from our services, you must be registered with Pluxee (formerly Sodexo), the organization that issues service vouchers. Once registered, you can contact us through our website to request a domestic helper in your region.
What is the cost of a service voucher?
The price of a service voucher varies by region.

Can I benefit from a tax deduction?
Yes, service vouchers give you the right to a tax reduction, which varies by region :
Wallonia : 10% reduction, or 1.02 € per voucher for the first 150 vouchers per year.
Brussels : 15% reduction, or 1.53 € per voucher for the first 172 vouchers per year.
Flanders : From 2025, the tax benefit is eliminated.

How do I manage absences or holidays of my domestic helper
In case of planned absence or holidays, we ask you to notify us at least 8 days in advance. Our planning service is at your disposal to arrange a replacement or adjust schedules according to your needs.

We operate in Brussels (the 19 municipalities), in the Brussels suburbs, and in Walloon Brabant. With nearly 800 domestic helpers, we certainly have someone available near you.
